Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 5,000 qualify for free delivery.

• Standard Charges: Orders below PKR 5,000 may have a nominal delivery fee (visible at checkout).

• Nationwide Delivery: We deliver all across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.

• Delivery Time: 2–5 working days in major cities; 3–7 working days for other areas.

• Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there’s any issue, we offer a 7-day return & exchange policy under the following conditions:

✅ You can request a return if:

• The product received is expired

• The product packaging is damaged, broken, or open upon delivery

• You received the wrong product

❌ We cannot accept returns if:

• The product has been used

• The seal is broken after acceptance

• Damage occurs due to mishandling after delivery

2. Provide your order number, pictures, and reason for return.

3. Our support team will review and guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

• Replacement products (if available) will be shipped immediately after approval.
